Norway worse than Albania
If you plan to visit Norway, you ought to know that the roads in this country are worse than Europe's poorest country, Albania. Maybe you should change your plans and visit Sweden, Finland or Denmark instead?
A group of private persons advocating better roads through their web site bedreveier.org (literally "better roads.org") says Albania, viewed as Europe's poorest country, has more than three times the amount of divided highways as Norway. Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro. Romania and Albania are all making more progress than Norway, viewed as Europe's wealthiest country, in bulding four-lane highways.
